A single Mom with 4 kids in her care got a newly rehabbed home that was far and away much better than anything else we could find for her in her price range. She is tickled and ecstatic that her kids can now make long term school friends as she won’t be forced to move for rent increases. The home, was made perfect, at least for this Buyer of mine. Gee Creek Meadows HOA Ridgefield Washington RE: More homes for sale and Foreclosures Dear Folk, You have always done such a wonderful job of reconditioning homes here on Gee Creek Loop - I am hoping that this one might be for you to fix up and re-sell; 25 S. Gee Creek Loop. It is in the foreclosure process - due to auction last week of July at the court house. Price around $50,000. It does have one electrical problem, easily fixed. Water damage to the sub floor and floor where the air conditioner window unit was allowed to leak for years. It is owned by Home Street Bank. There are tenants waiting to be forced out. It seems to me that this would be just your 'cup of tea' to make a small profit. As Treasurer of the Gee Creek HOA, I would always rather homes were sold and dues are paid. Empty homes do not help us. I have enjoyed working with you and seeing the quality job that you folks do on projects here in our neighborhood. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you. To Trey Davis and Nylund Homes Inc., We wanted to send you a letter of our complete and sincere gratitude. Thank you for making our first home buying experience positive and a success. We all three love the home so much and can't wait to start our lives on Estate Drive. Our 1 year old son Ewan loved running around on the soft carpet, and beautifully landscaped backyard. My fiance Chelsea loved the bathrooms and the pull out cabinet shelves in the kitchen. I, personally, can't wait to take over the shop, and as a gardener, love the long above ground flower bed. We also want to commend your team for flipping homes in Longview. We are new to the area, but know that this city has a lot of work to be done to lift it up, and your company is doing that work. The Fir Street project is cleaned and ready for pictures! The neighbors came over and expressed how thrilled they were with the house. They went on and on about what a wonderful job was done. Also lots of praise for all the crews they saw working so hard. They noticed there was no foul language, long smoke breaks or loud music. They were really impressed! Wanted to pass that along!
